It enables users to easily request support while providing the support team with a screenshot of users web page along with additional debug information; Helping website operator to help their customers faster and more accurately. The SnapABug Help widget is free.

I got an email from SnapABug with mine, along with 100 other email addresses in the To field. Very poor "newsletter" handling. Don't trust this site unless you want 100 other people knowing your email address.

J'utilise Snap A Bug sur mon site depuis quelques semaines et c'est vraiment pratique d'avoir toutes les infos et surtout la copie d'ecran de ce que mon visiteur a devant lui lorsqu'il soumet un probleme ou un commentaire. Merci pour la version Francaise, c'est plus accessible pour mon audience.
